About ACME Café

About ACME Café

ACME Café began as a passion project in a restored 1950s gas station, bringing new life to a piece of local history. ACME Café opened its doors at 110 Hansen Avenue South, Salem, OR 97302, with a simple goal: to serve honest, scratch-made American classics in a welcoming space. Inspired by traditional diner cooking and a love for local ingredients, our founders wanted a place where diners could enjoy breakfast, brunch, or lunch without fuss, all in a clean, modern setting with a friendly vibe.
Made From Scratch, Daily!

Made From Scratch, Daily!

At ACME Café, every dish starts in our kitchen from scratch. We make our breads, sauces, dressings, and ice cream in house. Breakfast and brunch favorites like Eggs Benedict, chicken and waffles, and pancakes are crowd favorites, while we also accommodate gluten-free and special dietary requests. Our approach keeps the menu simple, classic, and welcoming for everyone, reflecting our love for regional American flavors.
